                                        Do you shop at TESCO?

We’re in the customer vote for a Tesco Stronger Starts. It’s a scheme which gives community projects like us grants of up to £1,500. Tesco customers will now vote in the stores detailed below during January to March 2025 to decide how much funding we get, so please support us next time you shop at Tesco!

We are continually looking for Grant Funding opportunities to enhance our school environment and provide more learning and play facilities for our children.  Below are some of the successful grant applications that we have recently made:

Kirklees Ward Councillors £5,000 (Nov 2021) towards the Key Stage 1 Outdoor Canopy - thank you for Clrs Greaves, White and Lyons.

WPA Benevolent Fund £3,000 (Sep 2021) towards the Trim Trail in the front playground - thank you to Michael Goddard from WPA

FOBS £6,000 (Sep 2021) towards the Trim Trail in the front playground and the Key Stage 1 Outdoor Canopy - thank you to all of Friends of Brockholes School and to everyone that has supported an event.

Garfield Western Trust £3000 (Oct 2021) towards the Key Stage 1 Outdoor Canopy.

Co-op Community Fund £323.27 (April 2022) received April 2022 towards the Key Stage 1 Outdoor Canopy - further funding due October 2022.

Morrisons Good To Grow - received two wheelbarrows and a ground sheet.  A local resident saw our Morrisons Banner outside school and sent us a cheque for £100 toward gardening equipment - we are very grateful for this kind donation!

FOBS £800 (Dec 2024) £800 for Reception Class outdoor play area improvements.
